2. Description of the service
CelesteMuse is an AI-powered astrology companion, delivered as a paid subscription. It offers personalized conversations based on your birth chart, for the purpose of self-discovery and entertainment. The service does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in the conversations should be treated as such. We do not make any promise regarding future events or outcomes.
3. Price and subscription
Access to CelesteMuse requires an active subscription billed at $9.99 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account, through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until that date and are not charged again afterward.
4. Immediate performance and waiver of the right of withdrawal
By checking the dedicated box when placing your order, you request the immediate performance of the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and you expressly waive this right (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). This waiver is confirmed to you on a durable medium by the welcome email sent when your subscription is activated.
5. Account and access
Access to the service is granted through a magic link sent to the email address associated with your account, no password is required. Your account is personal and may not be shared: it is intended for use by a single person.
6. Acceptable use and quotas
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse it. To keep the service sustainable, a daily message quota applies to each account. We may suspend access to accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent these quotas.
7. Intellectual property
The CelesteMuse name, interface, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your birth chart and the content of your conversations remain yours; we do not claim ownership of them.
8. Limitation of liability
CelesteMuse is an entertainment service. Its content is generated in part by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, approximations, or errors. We cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of this content, nor for indirect damage resulting from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the chat page, using the dedicated "Delete my account and data" button. This action is immediate and irreversible: it cancels any active subscription and permanently erases your account, birth chart, and conversation history. We may also suspend or terminate an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those provided for by applicable law.
