Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

Please note:

During peak seasons, product launches, or holidays, order processing times may be extended by 2–3 additional business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your items with care.

 

Holiday Shipping Notice:

Please be aware that order processing and delivery times may be delayed during national holidays, faith observances, and high-volume seasons such as Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We encourage you to place your orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Céleste Muse, we want you to love every piece you wear and feel confident in your faith-inspired apparel. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Sale items, limited edition drops, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an order error on our part.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@celestemuse.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return/exchange

Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or if there was an issue. Please contact us at hello@celestemuse.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

 

Store Credit:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit in the form of a digital gift card via email. You can use this credit on any future order at celestemuse.com - no expiration date.

 

Exchanges:

If you'd like a different size or item, you can use your store credit to place a new order once your return is processed.
